STORE POLICY FOR SUPERSTELLARONLINE

1. Shipping and Delivery Options

Domestic Shipping: Standard (3-5 Business Days): price varies from $4-$8 depending on state. All deliveries are done through the shipping provider USPS. 

2. Processing Time

All orders are handmade, made to order, and processed within 21 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders will take at least 1 business week to complete, and 3 business weeks being the max depending on order volume. Once the item is handed to the delivery carries, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. When placing an order, please be sure to provide an email address. If no email address is provided, the customer will not be sent tracking information and will have to contact SuperStellar for tracking information. 

In short please do not expect your case to be made 2 days after your order was placed, as there are many factors that go into the process. Not only that but there are always multiple orders that need to be made and I am just one person, not a corporation. Please give a 1-2 week period for your case to be made.

3. Cancellations 

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. The only exceptions are if the order was placed by mistake or if SuperStellar is unable to fulfill a customer's request. 

4. Returns

All sales are final, returns are not generally accepted. Returns are only accepted if there was an error on our end. 

5. Delayed Orders

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under SuperStellar's liability. For delayed order, please be sure to contact the shipping carrier, USPS, for the item's status. 

6. Damaged Orders

SuperStellar is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. If your order may be lost, please also reach out to the shipping provider, as we are not responsible for the delivery of any packages. 

If charms are falling off or if your item was made incorrectly (i.e wrong case size, incorrect earring size) please do not hesitate to reach out so I can fix the issue! Mistakes do happen however each case is created with love.

7. Shipping Restrictions 

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. A P.O. Box address puts your order at risk of getting lost. 

8. Order Placing 

Please read and click carefully when placing an order. If the customer selects the wrong size/model or provides an inadequate description for their order, SuperStellar will proceed with the order with the information the customer provided. If you are not specific with how you want your item created, you may receive a freestyle.
